At AGC, we’ve always believed that precision, preparation, and proactive communication are what separate a good installation from a great one.
That’s why we custom built AGC ASSiST, our in-house artificial intelligence platform. A tool designed not to replace our people, but to empower them.
Why We Built It
The signage and large-format industry moves fast. New projects land in our inbox every hour, often with tight deadlines, complex requirements, and multiple attachments. Traditionally, each new request meant a long manual process: sorting through details, organizing files, clarifying scope, and assigning the right project manager.
Even with our experienced team, that step could sometimes take hours, and occasionally, opportunities slipped through the cracks. We knew there had to be a better way.
The 99 Questions Philosophy
Every project we handle starts with the same foundation, our 99 Questions Tool. It’s a system of carefully crafted, experience-driven prompts that ensure every variable is covered before a job even begins: materials, timelines, site access, permits, electrical, and more.
This proactive approach eliminates much of the guesswork and reactive problem-solving that could happen later in the process. By teaching these 99 Questions to AGC ASSiST, we gave our Ai the same brain our coordinators have... one that thinks ahead.
How It Works
When a new project email arrives, AGC ASSiST instantly:

Creates a new project entry in our system, pre-filled with all the known details.
